We are both Senior Electrical Engineers. Experienced and well qualified in Protection and Control of High Voltage Electrical Components such as:

Generators, Motors, Transformers, Busbars, Cables and Lines, used mainly for Power Stations and Network Substations as well in Industrial Installations.


We founded this partners company in May 2001 in Fislisbach, Switzerland.

About us

We are two experienced senior electrical engineers and have, both together, over 70 years of experience in field of electrical power systems protection

• We have worked from 1967 until 2001 in Brown Broveri (BBC) / Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), a leader in protection systems, in various research, development, product management and senior sales support positions
• We have been involved in the development and commercialisation of numerous protection devices in the fields of generator-, transformer-, line- and motor protection.
• We invented several patented systems such as “PSB- Power Swing Blocking” for distance protection, 100% stator earth-fault generator protection and differential scheme for transformer without need of interposing current transformer and others.
• Our knowledge base covers the whole history from electromechanical relays, to static relays, to microprocessor based relays, and also include the latest step to coordinated control and protection systems.
• We have written numerous technical papers and given seminars in 50+ countries all over the world.
• Last Project: Specification for the Development of the High Voltage Protection Terminals for Generators, Transformers, Motors, Cables and Lines for one Company in China.
